Order Tracking

Delayed or Lost Packages

PetRoadMart is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
